Access or delete your data

You can ask Villaconn to provide, correct, restrict or delete personal data connected with a website enquiry.

How to make a request

1. Email hello@villaconn.com with the subject “Villaconn data request”.
2. Tell us whether you want access, correction, restriction, consent withdrawal or deletion.
3. Include the name and contact detail used in the original enquiry so we can locate it.
4. Do not email identity documents unless we specifically request a proportionate verification method.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary, identify the relevant records and act within the period required by applicable law. We will confirm when deletion or restriction has been completed, or explain any lawful reason that requires limited information to be retained.

What deletion covers

• website enquiry data held by Villaconn;
• related internal lead notes that are no longer required;
• copies in active systems and, according to their lifecycle, backups;
• instructions to processors where Villaconn is responsible for the data.

Messages sent directly through WhatsApp, Telegram or another third-party service may also remain subject to that provider's account and retention controls. We will delete Villaconn's copies where required, but you may need to use the provider's own deletion controls for its separate records.

Information we may retain

A minimal record of the request and our response may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance, protect legal rights, investigate abuse or satisfy another legal obligation. It will not be reused for marketing.
